Casa de Las Abuelas is located in a secure, private and gated community at Punta del Burro's Surfing Area, a 20 minute drive from Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta, halfway between La Cruz & Punta De Mita. Casa las Abuelas can be found directly on the beach of Punto Del Burro, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Nayarit.
The only thing you will need to bring to Casa las Abuelas is your swimsuit! We will take care of the rest! Chef, and use of Suburban included in rental!
The House:
Casa las Abuelas is sure to be an unforgettable stay for you, your family and/or friends! Casa Las Abuelas has four bedrooms with four and one-half bathrooms. The home can accommodate a total of 11 guests. Besides the 4 bedrooms, there is additional sleeping with a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a built in twin bed in the living room that sleeps 1. The house comes with staff that tries to meet you every need, a private chef who prepares delicious Mexican meals for you and your family, and maid/cleaning service. Rental includes use of the Suburban, which has plenty of room for surfboards. Chase the waves and visit all the local surf breaks, visit Sayulita and Punta de Mita, shop, dine, golf, you name it! The Suburban is for your use. Juan is not a driver. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a microwave and dishwasher, all utensils, and colorful design. There is also a ramp for wheelchair entrance into the house.
The beautiful, heated swimming pool is located just steps from our private beach. This is a great place to swim, in the pool or ocean, walk on the beach, or just relax in one of our hammocks with a nice book.
Our pizza oven and outdoor grill is the perfect asset for fun evenings with your family and friends!

The location is peaceful, having access to the vehicle was convenient and the staff were amazing! There wasn’t a meal that we didn’t like! We can’t wait to go back!

The staff is next level. They go above and beyond to support your stay. I have celiac disease and they worked so hard to provide safe food for me to eat, and even made me a surprise tres leches cake for my upcoming wedding!!! Gluten free and all!! No dishes, laundry is washed for you, and house is cleaned daily.
There is plenty of clean drinking water provided and nobody got sick from food or water during our stay. 11/10 we will be back!

Baly and Kobe had snacks and refreshing margaritas ready on arrival at the property 40 mins later.
Breakfast and dinner each day was delicious and access to the car for day ventures was so convenient. Explored Sayulita and Punta Mita in a clean, virtually new Suburban.
We took the owner up on Alley Cat boat trip recommendation, which were available privately for the day. So fun we did two days on the water.
AC kept rooms cool and house was cleaned each day by housekeeper.
We loved spending out time hanging in the beach hammocks. Can't wait to return!
