Casa Contigo in Sayulita is a 2 bedroom modern Mexican escape with a 23-foot heated infinity pool and stunning ocean views. Located in one of the most desirable areas in Sayulita, the casa sits 100 feet above the surf, a couple hundred yards from the beach, and an easy 8-10 minute walk to town. (Google Maps shows a longer walk to the beach. The path we take is not on their map. It is under a 5-minute walk.)

Stunning views of the ocean and both surf breaks from the upper rooms in the house. Located only 100 feet above the surf and just a couple hundred yards from the beach. Easy 8-10 minute walk to town. 5 minutes to the beach. No car needed.

The main level of the house is designed as an open-air living terrace, that includes the kitchen, a living room/lounge area, and a dining area - all surrounded by the infinity pool and ocean and jungle views. Depending on when the palms have been trimmed below us, the views from the main level are sometimes filtered. (The upstairs rooms and rooftop are unfiltered views).

Heated salt-water infinity pool, approx. 23 feet long and 4 ½ feet deep with a bench spanning the length of the pool and overlooking the ocean. If you have not tried a saltwater pool before, you will be pleasantly surprised. The salt is very light, unlike ocean saltwater.

The upper level has two equally appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms are mirror images of each other, both with the same amazing views, thus no need to fight over who gets the better room! A small sitting room/retreat between the bedrooms has a built-in couch that can be used as an extra bed. Please call to discuss the appropriateness for your group.  

Roof deck with pergola-covered bar and dining area, kitchenette (sink, small beverage fridge, gas BBQ), swings, and a hammock, with a panoramic view spanning north towards San Pancho and south towards Monkey Mountain.

The Casita is a Mexican beach-style loft nestled among palm trees and an iguana-filled fig tree with filtered ocean views. The Casita includes:

Large (approx. 600 sq. ft.) fully enclosable living space with 4-meter (12 ft) high ceilings, giant custom, retractable picture windows, and a private outdoor, covered garden that is perfect for morning coffee or tea.The sexy, split-level space consists of living and dining areas, a full kitchen with bar counter, a raised bedroom, a generously sized closet, and full bathroom with a filtered ocean and palm view shower.

Because we also love to travel, but hate having to buy a bunch of staples when we do, we have stocked the pantry at Casa Contigo with many basic items including margarita salt; table salt; peppercorns and grinder; cooking oils; vinegars; bottled hot salsa/sauce; microdyne (to clean/soak vegetables); napkins; paper towels; coffee filters (but not coffee); a starter selection of teas; some basic spices; dish sponge; dish and dishwasher soap; plastic wrap and tinfoil.  And in the bathrooms, we provide the basics:  blow dryers; toilet paper; hand/body soap; shampoo and conditioner.

All levels are great for both bird watching including Black-throated Magpie-jays, Citreoline & Elegant Trogons, Streak-backed Orioles, Pale-billed, Lineated, and Golden-cheeked Woodpeckers, Ferruginous Pygmy Owls, and Rufous-bellied Chachalacas, just to name a few! And lots of iguana watching, with over 20 iguanas lounging/feeding/interacting daily in a neighboring tree.
