Everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, and thus makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. That is why a particular song, sound, or types of music often brings about specific types of emotions from within. Sound healing, which is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony, works on humans on such a deep level; due to the amount of water we are made up of. We are perfect conductors of sound.

So, how does it work? During a sound healing session, you will typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, ideally making yourself comfortable with an extra pillow & blanket and simply listen… as I play a variety of instruments, you soak up the sounds and vibrations.  I also use and guide you to breath and use color healing that comes to mind during the sessions to enhance healing and clearing blocked energies. Think of the session as a meditative acoustic sound concert. Slowing down brain waves to a deeply restorative state. The subconscious mind does wonders on activating the body’s system of self-healing.
